DuelLab Terms of Use

DuelLab publishes public benchmark information, methodology, and related materials for informational and research purposes. By accessing these public pages, you agree to use them lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the service.

Effective and last revised: July 14, 2026. Gábor Eifert operates DuelLab as an independent project based in Budapest, Hungary. A company is being formed to become the future operator; its registration and final legal name are still in progress. Until these terms are updated after that transition, Gábor Eifert remains the operator.

Public information

DuelLab's public pages may include rankings, methodology, research framing, and other informational materials. Those materials can change over time as the public benchmark evolves.

Benchmark views, track pages, charts, and current standings may be revised, replaced, or removed as the benchmark evolves.

Benchmark data license and attribution

Public benchmark JSON, CSV, and derived chart data are licensed under CC BY 4.0. Give appropriate credit to DuelLab, link the license and exact public release, and indicate changes. Do not imply endorsement.

Site prose, design, and private repository code are not included in that data license. Provider names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification; their appearance does not imply provider endorsement.

Corrections and archives

Current standings can change. Cite an immutable public release when reproducing a ranking. Material corrections follow the corrections policy; prior release packages remain historical records rather than being silently rewritten.

Acceptable use

  • Use the sites for lawful informational, research, or review purposes.
  • Do not interfere with site operation or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not impose abusive automated load on the public services.
  • Do not misrepresent DuelLab's content, benchmark results, or affiliation with DuelLab.

Public pages may link to third-party services and external sites. DuelLab does not control those services and is not responsible for their content or practices.

Availability and warranties

The sites and their contents are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, DuelLab does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Changes

DuelLab may update these terms as the public sites and benchmark change.
